SOP 3.01 — Product Specification
AMU must create a controlled Product Specification Sheet containing:
- Product name
- Formula
- Ingredient list
- Supplier source
- Sachet weight
- Serving instructions
- Packaging specifications
- Shelf life
- Storage requirements
- Allergen information where relevant
- Label requirements
- Batch coding
- Testing requirements
SOP 3.02 — Sample Approval
- 1Manufacturer supplies trial sample.
- 2AMU checks appearance, aroma, taste, solubility, sachet condition, packaging, label, weight and formula conformity.
- 3Quality documents are reviewed.
- 4Management approves or rejects the sample.
- 5Signed sample becomes the Master Approved Sample.
