- Tax / VAT requirements where applicable
- Accounting system
- Authorized signatories
- Insurance requirements
- Contracts with key suppliers
SOP 2.02 — Trademark & Intellectual Property
AMU must protect the name AMU Diet Coffee and where applicable:
- AMU logo
- Packaging appearance
- Taglines
- Product names
- Website / domain
- Proprietary box design
Maintain a Trademark Register containing:
- Country
- Class
- Application number
- Filing date
- Status
- Renewal date
- Lawyer / agent
- Certificate
SOP 2.03 — Domain & Digital Assets
Central management must control www.amudietcoffee.com and:
- Corporate email
- Social-media accounts
- Meta accounts
- Google accounts
- Advertising accounts
- Payment gateways
- CRM
- Analytics
