Every paid/authorized order receives an Order ID. Staff checks:

- Delivery method
Warehouse then receives a pick list.
SOP 9.04 — Picking
- 1Scan order.
- 2Find SKU.
- 3Select FEFO batch.
- 4Scan batch.
- 5Check quantity.
- 6Place product in packing zone.
SOP 9.05 — Dispatch
- Customer name
- Telephone
- Address
- Order number

- Shipping label
- Package condition
- Tracking number
System status changes to DISPATCHED. Customer automatically receives tracking information where available.
