Failed Delivery
Failure reasons and the reattempt procedure before returning to AMU.
If delivery fails, the courier reports the reason. Possible reasons:
- Customer unavailable
- Wrong address
- Wrong telephone
- Customer refused
- Access restriction
- Courier issue
Procedure
- 1Contact customer.
- 2Verify information.
- 3Reattempt where allowed.
- 4Record additional cost.
- 5If unsuccessful after approved attempts, return shipment to AMU.
